We are founder members of both the Claims Production Centre (CPC) and the County Court Bulk Centre (CCBC). We were chosen as one of two firms to test the on-line issue of claims, now the industry standard. We are at the forefront of technological change in the debt collection industry.

GPB are also founder members of the Civil Court Users Association (CCUA) which represents the interests of its members who issue over 85% of all debt proceedings.
