About us

Founded some 70 years ago, GPB is a well-respected, forward thinking law firm with offices in Stratford upon Avon, Nottingham and soon to be in London.

As a multi-site legal practice, with our Head Office based in Stratford, we are able to offer Legal Services across a broad spectrum of disciplines encompassing Company and Commercial Law, Commercial and Consumer Debt Recovery, Employment Law, Commercial and Volume Residential Conveyancing, Family Law, Personal Injury, Probate Wills and Trusts and Residential Conveyancing.

GPB has, over the last 40 years, built an enviable reputation as a Legal Debt Collection Solicitors specialising in both Commercial and Consumer Debt Recovery. We are founder members of both the Claims Production Centre (CPC) and the County Court Bulk Centre (CCBC). We were chosen as one of two firms to test the on-line issue of claims, now the industry standard. We are at the forefront of technological change in the debt collection industry.

GPB are also founder members of the Civil Court Users Association (CCUA) which represents the interests of its members who issue over 85% of all debt proceedings.

Our range of commercial debt collection services offered from our Nottingham offices compliments and enhances the specialist consumer debt collection services offered from our other sites and provides benefits both to the small and medium sized business sector as well as large multinational organisations.

GPB also offers a volume Conveyancing solution with dedicated teams that provide a first class service to clients and providers with innovative case management systems.
