Do You Charge A Commission?

We charge no commission or set-up fees.

How Much Will It Cost To Use Your Services?

We operate a fixed fee service and set our fees at a level that is fully recoverable from your debtor. Where we are successful in recovering your debt therefore, it costs you nothing. The only exception to this rule is when a case becomes defended and in these circumstances we will undertake a risk assessment of the case after receipt of the Defence and will be able to advise as to the costs and possible outcome. You should then have sufficient information upon which to make a good commercial decision as to whether or not to proceed.

How Do We Know If You Will Be Successful?

Upon receiving your instructions to issue proceedings we will make enquiries with a leading credit reference agency and also consult our extensive database records to ensure that there is a reasonable chance of recovering your money. Where we feel there is less than a good chance of recovery we will advise you and the decision as to whether to proceed is yours.

Will I Be Allocated An Account Manager?

As debt recovery specialists all members of our staff will be able to deal with the majority of your questions. Where specialist knowledge is required then you will be transferred to the appropriate department.

What Type Of Businesses Are You Able To Assist?

Our current clients include large multi-national organizations’, Europe’s largest debt collection agency, a prominent Finance House as well as a large number of smaller independent companies. We are able to assist any business regardless of size or activities with the collection of their debts.

What Other Services Do You Provide?

While GPB are debt collection specialists we are also able to assist in many related services such as business information and credit reporting, contract law, contractual disputes (whether you are the Claimant or the Defendant) and other associated fields.

What Geographical Area Do You Cover?

GPB can deal with any debt matter where both the debtor and the creditor are domiciled in England or Wales. As members of the International Bar Association we are able to place any debt outside of England and Wales with approved Solicitor agents in any other country.
