GPB Reorganisation

In response to difficult trading conditions and to create a leaner organisation better able to respond to client needs in the future, GPB is pleased to announce the following new Executive Team:

Keith Kleinstuber – Senior Executive Director. Keith is a finance professional who has been a Non Executive Director of GPB for four years and will take overall control of the business.

Clare Brown – Operations Director. Clare has managed client relations for GPB and will now take over full operational responsibility for the Stratford organisation. Clare has significant experience in running operations as well as managing the client interface and the bringing together of these roles will improve delivery to our clients.

Tony Kirton – Commercial Director. Tony, an experienced litigator, has successfully managed the Nottingham office of GPB and will now adopt a wider role as Commercial Director for the whole business with special responsibility for business development, whilst retaining control of the Nottingham office.

Gloria Parker – General Manager. Gloria has had a long career with GPB and will now take responsibility for the traditional products i.e. Conveyancing, Company, Family, Probate and Wills.

Ann Williams – Financial Controller. Ann, who has significant experience within GPB, will take overall control for the Finance Department.

Following the restructure, the following senior employees have left the business to pursue other avenues:

Paul Fisher
Mike Pack
Brian Prescott

We wish them all well and thank them for their support of GPB.

As we drive forward in 2009 we are committed to doing the best for our present and future clients. I would like to thank everyone for their support during this process.
